Fleet Management:


  • Assists Fleet Manager with registration of company owned assets (IRP and non-commercial)
  • Maintains accurate records of vehicle purchases and sales

  • Assists Fleet Manager with recordkeeping required for Fuel Tax reporting
  • Includes IFTA and state specific fuel taxes (KS, NM, OR, NY, KY
  • Assists Fleet Manager with permit renewal

  • Unified carrier registration (UCR
  • Haz-Mat (Alliance, GA, CA, WI, CO, TN, IL FL Used Oil, MI Liquid Waste)
  • Amber light permits (NV, GA
  • Audits driver logs for HOS compliance
  • Pays toll bills and maintains billing records for toll allocation (K-Tag and Pre-Pass
  • Driver Records
  • Runs annual MVR for all company drivers
  • Maintains the driver list for insurance purposes
  • Maintains Driver Qualification files
  • Current DL or CDL
  • Medical certification (if required)
  • Record of violations
  • Accident files
  • Training records
  • DOT Drug Testing Program
  • Assists Fleet Manager with maintaining records related to DOT drug testing program
  • Driver Compliance
  • Assist drivers with ELD technical issues, including log edits
  • Audits driver logs for HOS compliance
  • Maintains EFS card program
  • Maintains permit books for trucks
  • Assist drivers with CDL requirements (fingerprinting, medical exams, endorsement testing)
  • Assist drivers with expense reports
  • Miscellaneous
  • Assists with accident reporting, accident investigations and insurance claims


Qualifications:


  • Two years' experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced computer skills. Previous experience with MS office preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • At least 2 years' experience preferred.
