DeZURIK is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager to help shape the future of learning across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a learning professional who enjoys balancing strategy and execution while creating programs that help team members grow, develop, and succeed.
In this role, you'll lead the design, development, delivery, and administration of learning programs that support technical skills, leadership development, onboarding, and enterprise-wide capability building. You'll spend your time managing our Learning Management System (LMS), developing engaging learning content, facilitating training, coordinating learning programs, and analyzing training data to drive continuous improvement. You'll partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and team members across the organization to create learning solutions that align with business needs and future growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and influence learning strategy across the company while also creating new training programs and learning experiences. One day you may be developing eLearning content and learning journeys; the next you could be facilitating a training session, managing LMS assignments, or analyzing program effectiveness. During your first 30 days, you'll learn DeZURIK's business and culture, become proficient in our LMS, and review existing programs. By 60 days, you'll independently manage LMS administration and training scheduling. Within 90 days, you'll be leading core learning operations, launching improvements to existing content, and contributing recommendations for the future L&D roadmap. We're looking for someone with strong instructional design, facilitation, project management, and communication skills. Experience with LMS platforms, eLearning tools, Microsoft 365, and virtual learning technologies is important. A bachelor's degree is preferred, though equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered. If you're passionate about learning, development, and making a lasting impact on people and organizational performance, we'd love to hear from you. DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $75,577 to $94,472 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance. Beyond pay, our market-leading benefits are designed to support your wellbeing. These include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as short- and long-term disability coverage. DeZURIK also provides a health savings account with company match, a retirement plan for employer contributions through Vanguard, and access to the Granite Assistance Fund for support when it's needed most. We value time for rest and personal growth, offering generous paid time off, including volunteer time off and paid holidays. #LI-LM1 | |
