Aquent, a global leader in talent solutions, is partnering with a pioneering global technology company renowned for its innovative digital experiences and services. This organization is dedicated to enriching lives through groundbreaking technology and intuitive platforms, and you'll be joining a team that shapes the future of consumer interaction.

Are you a highly experienced and exceptionally organized Project Manager ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives across our diverse portfolio of digital services. This is not just a supporting role; it's an opportunity to take genuine ownership, translate high-level objectives into clear, actionable plans, and ensure the successful execution of critical marketing strategies. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our consumer offerings, directly influencing how millions engage with our platforms. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong judgment, executive presence, and an unwavering ability to drive initiatives forward through ambiguity, then you belong with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project delivery for multiple complex initiatives across various digital services, from intake and planning through execution and close-out.
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams, navigating technical requirements, dependencies, and delivery timelines across the services.
  • Translate high-level goals into clear project plans, roadmap timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision points.
  • Assist with annual and quarterly forecast planning for upcoming marketing priorities.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Growth, Media, Email, Platform, Editorial, the Business, and Marketing on shared initiatives, keeping teams aligned amid competing priorities.
  • Maintain alignment on changing scope and ensure accurate timelines; coordinate meetings and ensure all vital parties are involved.
  • Own and maintain roadmaps, project scope, creative review trackers, production schedules, and master timelines.
  • Run structured project rhythms (weekly status meetings, executive updates, readouts) with clarity and confidence; distribute status on priority projects.
  • Proactively identify risks, tradeoffs, and issues; escalate with context and recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally to find opportunities to optimize workflows.
  • Understand key players to make strategic decisions about who needs to know what (inclusion with discretion).
  • Take meeting notes and distill them for clarity; partner with Resource and Brand Management to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain momentum and accountability without micromanaging, adapting plans as conditions change while protecting critical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers on tracking standards and protocol, and ensure clear documentation, decision tracking, and follow-through.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and navigate executive-level discussions across all levels of management.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent task-tracking and acute attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
  • Proven track record of meeting timelines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure.
  • Proven ability to maintain productivity and momentum through ambiguity - bringing structure to unclear, fast-paced, deadline-driven problems (this is of the utmost importance).
  • Direct experience handling critical and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Experience with project management tools such as AirTable, Quip, Workfront, OmniPlan, Wrike, or 10,000ft (or similar), plus Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote, and Excel.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in subscription-based or digital services businesses (e.g., comparable consumer services).
  • Experience in large, matrixed, or highly complex organizations.
  • Background in business, operations, strategy, or transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Experience overseeing multi-quarter roadmaps or complex delivery schedules.
  • Experience supporting executive forums, leadership reviews, or high-visibility programs.
  • Passion for learning, continuous improvement, and sharing best practices.
