The Experience
You'll join Salesforce's Private Equity & Startups Practice, sitting at the intersection of field marketing, executive engagement, and one of the company's fastest-growing strategic segments. As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own the end-to-end marketing strategy connecting the world's most influential Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to Salesforce, from executive dinners to global programs like Private Equity Value Creation Days and the Private Equity Dreamforce program. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Design and execute a global calendar of Private Equity engagements and events, including Value Creation Days, World Tours, Industrie initiatives, and the annual Dreamforce Private Equity program, owning sponsorships, budgets, and KPI reporting

  • Own the Private Equity digital presence end to end - web content, webinars, and social - analyzing performance across channels and partnering with demand gen and content teams to amplify reach

  • Develop customer stories and content by partnering with relationship managers to identify portfolio companies for case studies and coordinating speakers across programs

  • Track marketing-influenced pipeline, ACV contribution, and program ROI using internal data to prioritize target firms and personas, while mentoring junior marketers on the practice

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 7+ years of B2B field marketing experience, ideally spanning multiple countries or regions

  • You've delivered high-touch executive programs and multi-channel field campaigns at a senior level

  • You've managed budgets and vendor invoicing

  • You're comfortable influencing across functions and seniority levels, including senior executives

  • You have tech industry experience

  • You have a strong grasp of pipeline metrics and sales processes from working closely with sales teams

  • You take a data-driven approach to tracking and reporting on marketing performance

  • You're willing to travel 20-30% for events and team collaboration

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $143,400 - $216,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $172,200 - $236,700 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
