We are seeking an Administrative Assistantto join our team at our program inSacramento, CA.

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, operational, and clerical support to the Intensive Transition Services (ITS) Team, which serves individuals with mental health diagnoses and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Working under the supervision of the Program Director, this position plays a vital role in supporting program operations, maintaining records, coordinating communications, and assisting with reporting, scheduling, and financial processes.


Compensation: Up to $20.63 per hour, based on experience.


Job Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative support to the Intensive Transition Services (ITS) program, including reception duties, managing communications, and coordinating day-to-day office operations.
  • Maintain individual records, insurance information, admissions/discharges, medical record requests, and other program documentation in accordance with organizational requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, correspondence, reports, and other administrative activities to support program staff and leadership.
  • Support financial and operational processes, including claims processing, payroll support, budget tracking, and maintenance of individual funds records.
  • Collect, track, and prepare data and reports to support program management, compliance activities, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate professionally with staff, individuals served, family members, and external stakeholders to support effective service delivery.
  • Participate in cross-training and perform other administrative duties as assigned to support program operations.

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years working in a clinical fast paced setting preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance.
