Office Assistant - Clinical Labs

Work Schedule:
40% FTE, day shift working for a minimum of 10 hours per week scheduled between 7a - 5p, Monday - Friday. You will work at University Hospital located at 600 Highland Ave.

We are seeking an Office Assistant to:

• Provide clerical support to Surgical Pathology.
• Assist with scanning, filing, mailing, and printing documents.
• Prepare form letters and correspondence.
• Performs basic data entry into applicable systems.
• Order supplies, materials, services, and/or equipment.

Qualifications

• No minimum education Required
• High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred

Work Experience

• 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Preferred
