Job Summary

The Office Operations Coordinatorsupports daily administrative and operational activities in a fast-paced environment. This role manages multiple priorities, provides cross-functional support, maintains office and facility needs, and helps ensure accurate and timely communication across departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently while responding to changing business needs.

Job Responsibilities



  • Manage multiple administrative tasks and projects while adjusting priorities as needed.
  • Support day-to-day office administration and maintain efficient office operations.
  • Assist with inventory and facilities management activities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to plant personnel and internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate and communicate with multiple departments to support business needs.
  • Perform data entry and basic data analysis using Excel and other applicable systems.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational information.
  • Use Microsoft Office and other office software to complete daily responsibilities.
  • Operate and maintain common office equipment and follow established office procedures.
  • Provide professional customer service and respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Make routine decisions independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Support additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Previous office administration or professional administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with data entry and basic data analysis.
  • Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles.
  • Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to work effectively with plant personnel and internal and external customers.
