The Director - Health & Access serves as a Mercy leader, reporting to the Ministry Executive Director - Community Health & Access with an indirect reporting relationship to the local Mission leader. The Director-Community Health & Access is responsible for leadership and the strategic direction of all hospital and clinic community health initiatives in the local community-aligning with ministry goals and locally identified Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)/ Community Health Implementation Plan (CHIP) priorities. The leader serving in this position will perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
