What You Will Do:

GFTis seeking an experiencedSenior Project Manager to join our Construction Services team in NewJersey. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to leadlarge scale construction projects for life sciences and industrial manufacturing.

Whatyou'llbe challenged to do:

As aSenior Project Manager,you'll lead and manage the completion ofcomplex construction projects.This roleis responsible forensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and excellence throughout the project lifecycle

Youwill need to have experience in estimating, scheduling, and overseeing structural, architectural, and MEP components ofcomplexconstruction projectsup to $50 million.

In this capacity, you willbe responsible forthe following:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects in regulated environments.
  • Act as the primary liaison betweenGFT, clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Respond to client RFPs and prepare proposals.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identifyand mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, andour internalquality requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior project managers and team members.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Education | Experience:

Whatyou willbring to our firm:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in life sciences, industrialor food & beverage industries.
  • Proventrack recordof delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Expertise inproject scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements is a plus.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is$180,000 - $220,000 per year. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
