The Maintenance Supervisor role will be filled at the Lawrence Manufacturing plant working a third shift operation, beginning Sunday night 11:30PM working until 7:30AM with your last shift of the week being Thursday night into Friday morning. Occasional weekend work may be required for those on a M-F weekly shift, depending on business need.

As a Maintenance Supervisor - Supply Chain,you will lead up to 55 Hallmark employees, directing and coordinating the scheduling and assignment of work to ensure productivity, serviceability, quality, and cost targets are met. Across supply chain at Hallmark, we focus on working together to accomplish goals as a team, exceeding our customer's expectations along the way!

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide leadership and support to maintenance technicians during equipment installations, troubleshooting efforts, and equipment failures while driving preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Develop, implement, and sustain preventive maintenance programs, conduct equipment inspections, and manage work orders and repair activities through the eMaint maintenance management system.
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations while fostering a culture of safety throughout the operation.
  • Conduct regular safety and facility inspections, enforce safety protocols, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to employees, equipment, and company property.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance team members by providing technical guidance, skills training, and performance feedback to ensure adherence to maintenance best practices and safety standards.
  • Partner with production and facilities teams to support operational needs, coordinate after-hours facility and equipment issues, and schedule maintenance activities during non-production hours to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and key performance metrics using eMaint, leveraging data to improve maintenance processes and drive continuous improvement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:



  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent AND a minimum of 3 years supervising direct reports; OR Associate's degree or higher


  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume and application will stand out if you have:



  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or production operations.


  • Experience managing direct reports in a manufacturing or distribution environment.


  • Previous experience in industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or manufacturing operations.
  • Working knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
  • Experience leading, coaching, or training maintenance personnel in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), preferably eMaint.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
