Who We Are Center for Healthy Mind and Mood is an interdisciplinary research center in the Psychology & Neuroscience department focused on promoting health mood in young people and across the lifespan. What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be This position in the Center will support a new study that investigates employee health and wellbeing. The position will be primarily focused on research recruitment, acquiring behavioral, app-based, EMA data, and database management. Specific responsibilities will include recruiting and tracking participants for research sessions (e.g., onboarding to the research- based mobile app, tracking completion of EMA data), data collection (computer-based, mobile app), and database management (using web applications such as RedCap; or statistical programs such as R), as well as support for general management of lab operations. What You Should Know This is an in-person position. What We Can Offer The hourly range for this temporary position is $24-$26 per hour. What We Require A BA/BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Research experience. Demonstrated ability to perform as an independent researcher (e.g., undergraduate thesis). Some experience with R, unix, python, matlab or another programming language. What We Would Like You to Have Research experience in the mental health space. Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, be highly reliable, and enjoy working in a collaborative team atmosphere. A demonstrated ability to multi-task efficiently and to coordinate activities with colleagues.
