What You'll Do



  • Build, maintain, and optimize sophisticated data-driven models, including experimentation frameworks, forecasting algorithms, and machine learning models, to elevate campaign performance, identify emerging trends, and continuously optimize digital offerings.
  • Translate intricate model outputs into clear, actionable insights and compelling reports for marketing and product teams, while establishing crucial performance benchmarks across diverse digital marketing channels.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate content taxonomies, applying them effectively for precise attribution and comprehensive performance analyses.
  • Utilize advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and topic modeling techniques to deeply analyze digital consumer feedback and sentiment, providing invaluable insights for internal services and competitive positioning.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, data science, or a closely related analytical field.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex analytical findings to diverse audiences, including social, creative, marketing, advertising, and data science teams, as well as key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
  • Robust understanding of social media metrics across major platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
  • Proven capability to analyze content performance across total, paid, and organic channels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing social listening, competitive analysis, and audience/consumer insights tools.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Ability to write and query code in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis.
  • Familiarity with SEO metrics and performance data.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining marketing taxonomies.
