Job Description The Senior Manager, User Experience Design is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and optimization of digital experiences that drive measurable customer and business outcomes. This role combines human-centered design, research, information architecture, content strategy, and experience design to create intuitive and effective digital experiences across Visa's websites, products, and digital platforms. As a leader within the Digital Experiences organization, you will work within a team of UX designers and while partnering closely with Product, Content, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and Business stakeholders. You will champion customer-centric thinking, establish experience design best practices, and ensure solutions align with strategic business objectives, user needs, and accessibility standards. Key Responsibilities:

Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
