As a Pediatric Rehabilitation RN, Long Term Care, you'll combine clinical expertise with family-centered care to support children throughout their rehabilitation journey. Working alongside physicians, therapists, nursing professionals, and an interdisciplinary care team, you'll help promote recovery, maximize independence, and support meaningful progress for each patient. To be considered for this Registered Nurse opportunity, you must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification is required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required for inpatient nursing and, if not held at the time of hire, must be obtained within one year. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with previous pediatric and/or rehabilitation nursing experience. For per diem opportunities, a minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience is required. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal, collaboration, clinical assessment, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to delivering compassionate, family-centered pediatric rehabilitation care.
