Schedule:3rd Shift | 10 PM - 6;30 AM | Monday - Friday

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Basic computer skills required, including experience using inventory systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to learn warehouse management systems, RF scanners, and inventory control processes.


Experience Requirements

  • 3+ months of warehouse, storeroom, inventory, material handling, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience unloading, stocking, issuing, picking, packing, and organizing inventory in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to support employees and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Experience with cycle counting, inventory management, RF scanners, and computerized inventory systems is a plus.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to work a flexible schedule, including mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds or more with assistance while following safety procedures.
  • Must wear steel-toe shoes and required personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
  • Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse and storeroom environment with strong attention to safety and detail.
  • Capable of working overtime, rotating schedules, and occasional weekend shifts with limited notice.


Job Duties

  • Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming materials, tools, equipment, and inventory while verifying accuracy against shipping documents.
  • Issue parts, materials, tools, and supplies to employees, maintaining accurate inventory and transaction records.
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, replenishment activities, and inventory control functions to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Utilize RF scanners, inventory management systems, and computer software to track inventory levels, transactions, and material movement.
  • Organize inventory, label products, optimize storage locations, and maintain a clean, professional, and orderly storeroom environment.
  • Support shipping and receiving operations, investigate inventory discrepancies, assist with vending machine and point-of-use (POU) inventory programs, and provide excellent customer service to internal customers.
