What to Expect

Tesla is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Program Manager to join our North America Business Operations and Analytics Organization. In this role, you will lead specialty fleet operations across the Americas, coordinating vehicle builds, allocations, deployments, and recoveries that support external content and reference assignments, and special-use loans, Tier 1 events, and new product launches. This role requires regular on-site travel for Tier 1 events and launches across the Americas.

As aSeniorProgram Manager, Specialty Fleet Operations, you will partner across sales, marketing, events,logistics, factory, legal, and operations to oversee non-core fleet programs outside the day-to-day demo and display lifecycle. Your work will improve readiness,utilization, and cross-functional coordination for high-visibility vehicle needs, while building repeatable processes that scale. By streamlining these programs,you'llcontribute directly to Tesla's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable abundance through effective sales and operations initiatives.


What You'll Do
  • Own External Content Reference Fleet management, including builds, config standards, reviews, loan coordination, and deployment to support external content activations and priority initiatives.
  • Own Special-Use Fleet intake management, tracker and record maintenance, and fulfillment for special-use loans and activations, roadshows, and long-term demo loans, from request triage through vehicle match, prep, handoff, tracking, and return
  • Travel to and lead on-site Tier 1 event fleet support, including vehicle bills of material management, multi-model sourcing and staging, cross-team prep coordination, on-site readiness, and post-event recovery
  • Coordinate new product launch fleet strategies, including fleet assignments, region-weighted coverage, cross-team collaboration, and seamless integration of new products into demo and display operations
  • Establish prioritization frameworks and capacity planning so specialty, event, and launch demand can be managed against available inventory and prep resources
  • Translate data into recommendations for operational improvements, focusing on readiness, efficiency, risk reduction, and scalable processes
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, events, logistics, legal, factory, products, and operations teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and create scalable processes for specialty fleet and new market operations

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in cross-functional program management, fleet management, logistics, retail operations, event operations, or a related field, preferably in automotive or sales/marketing environments
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent analytical abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data tools and databases (SQL, Python, Tableau or equivalent) to support decision-making and operational tracking
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal stakeholders and field teams while resolving allocation, event, and launch challenges
  • Ability to work independently in dynamic environments, with a proactive mindset for anticipating fleet needs and mitigating issues
  • Passion for Tesla's mission and knowledge of automotive technologies to align fleet activities with business goals
  • Flexibility to travel across the Americas or work extended hours for field support, launches, events, or urgent fleet coordination. Travel may last up to 14 days per event; in special circumstances, events may be successive
