Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$20.00 - $23.50 / hour

This position is based in Family Medicine clinics and offers a unique opportunity to support patients and families across our community. Youll work a four-day, 10-hour schedule, with two days at our Dunbar location and two days at our Lehigh location.

Youll play an important role in helping patients access the medications and resources they need, including assisting with patient assistance program applications and connecting patients with available medication support resources. Youll work closely with the care team to help ensure patients receive the support and education needed to manage their medications effectively.

Youll also have opportunities to engage directly with patients, families, and the community through initiatives such as childhood vaccination programs and other programs that promote access to quality healthcare.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: One year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred. One year of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.

Certification: CPht (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification with the PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) required (must be obtained within first 180 days of hire). ExCPT certification may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

License: Registered Pharmacy Technician with Florida Department of Health required.

Other: Data entry and knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology. Ability to cope with confrontation.
