This position requires a mix of creative vision, corporate professionalism, and sharp attention to detail, particularly in high-volume manufacturing environments.

* Estimated Frequency/Cadence: At least 1 LA-based shoot per month (video interview of CEO for example), US-based travel required for some shoots

* First Project Date: The week of August 24th.

*** PLEASE NOTE: This is remote but you MUST be LA based and able to be onsite for shoots that are in LA with some domestic travel in US ***

Core Responsibilities

* Pre-Production & Strategy: Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to concept, storyboard, and draft talk tracks tailored to corporate messaging.

* On-Set Leadership: Oversee videographers and team on location; maintain a high level of attention to detail to catch visual and audio issues in real time.

* Proactive Content & Edit Planning: Anticipate post-production needs during pre-production and on set-ensuring complete story coverage, building contingencies for unexpected schedule shifts, and actively course-correcting on set to secure ample footage for the edit team.

* Post-Production Management: Guide and manage video editors through post-production to ensure final deliverables align with corporate standards and narrative goals.

* Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, prompt communication across Outlook/email and Teams with executives, internal communications, and plant staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Experience: 5+ years as a Senior Producer with deep corporate experience. Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is strongly preferred.

* Attributes: High curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail on set. Ability to navigate nuances, be a self-starter, and be a systems thinker.

* Anticipatory Mindset: Strong editorial skills and foresight to identify narrative gaps or footage shortfalls in real time, making quick calls on set so post-production is never left with gaps in coverage.

* Travel: Willingness to travel as needed (US-based).
