Overview

Con Edison, a multibillion-dollar energy utility, is leading the clean energy transition in New York City and Westchester County. We are investing hundreds of millions of dollars annually to integrate distributed resources into our electric and gas systems, support electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and accelerate adoption of energy efficiency and clean heating technologies for our customers.

The Product Owner will support the Customer Analytics, Reporting, and Engagement (CARE) program Team within Digital Products and Demonstration Projects Team in CES. The CARE program develops and manages digital products and customer-facing tools that enable clean energy adoption, improves customer engagement, and supports strategic business initiatives. This role will lead the Rate Products platform which provides customers with personalized rate comparisons using historic AMI usage data and bill comparisons based on potential clean energy technology adoption (e.g., solar, heat pumps, etc.).

The Product Owner will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing feature development and prioritization and driving delivery for an agile product team. The ideal candidate combines strong product management with a deep understanding of Con Edisons rate structures, eligibility criteria, and tariff provisions, and can translate this knowledge into scalable product features and accurate customer-facing rate comparison experiences. The Product Owner will work across a diverse group of business and technical stakeholders with varying priorities and perspectives, requiring the ability to build alignment, foster collaboration, and maintain clear communication throughout the product development lifecycle.
