Job OverviewThis role drives the strategic development and expansion of T-Mobile's Enterprise Operating Plan (EOP) capability - an AI-powered platform built to deliver speed to insights across functions and P&Ls. It involves developing a multi-phased roadmap, partnering with enterprise functions and P&Ls to understand their needs, and orchestrating execution in partnership with the Data COE and FP&A. The role owns change management and onboarding, ensuring enterprise functions are equipped to adopt and operate within the EOP as capabilities expand. Success is measured by the pace and quality of capability expansion, enterprise adoption, and progress toward the EOP vision. The work directly influences how T-Mobile's leadership sees, steers, and acts on enterprise performance. Job Responsibilities

Travel: The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
