Overview
The Windows Ecosystem & Customer Engagement (WECE) organization is seeking a Principal Product Manager (Server Ecosystem) to lead the Windows Server partner and customer ecosystem team. This leader will own the strategy, execution, and people leadership for programs that drive Windows Server readiness, (original equipment manufacturer) OEM and silicon partner engagement, ecosystem enablement, and customer signals across the server platform. This team sits at the intersection of Windows Server engineering and the global server hardware partner ecosystem and our strategic customers. The role requires a seasoned leader who can shape organizational direction, transform partner engagement models, drive feature adoption at scale, and influence across engineering, product groups, and external partners to deliver the best experiences for Windows Server customers. As a member of the WECE leadership team, this person will execute on the server ecosystem enablement strategy, lead platform transformation, and create scalable motions that connect engineering teams with the partner ecosystem to deliver outstanding Windows Server experiences. #W+DJOBS Partner Enablement Program Mgmt M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
