Principal Product Manager to help build and operate the intelligence systems that drive decision-making across our business. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, measurement, analytics, and execution, ensuring leaders and teams have the right data, metrics, insights, and operating rhythms to make informed business decisions. As a Principal Product Manager, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, Finance, and Legal to define measurement frameworks, establish scalable data pipelines, develop executive reporting and self-service analytics capabilities, and drive a consistent understanding of business performance. You will be responsible for translating complex business questions into durable intelligence solutions, building foundational measurement systems, enabling self-service analytics, driving executive reporting, and establishing operating mechanisms that connect business outcomes to product decisions. In order to be successful in this role you will combine strong technical depth with business acumen, and strong cross-functional leadership. You must be comfortable building from first principles, navigating ambiguity, and translating complex data into clear recommendations that shape product and business strategy at scale. Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
