What We're Looking For:

A passionate and energetic Recreation Supervisor who will create unforgettable poolside experiences for our guests. You'll lead a team dedicated to safety, fun, and exceptional service, ensuring every moment at our pool and recreational areas feels effortless and extraordinary. From managing day-to-day operations to curating engaging activities, you'll be the heartbeat of our resort's leisure spaces.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations of pool, beach, guest shuttle, and pickleball courts, ensuring smooth and safe experiences.

  • Maintain guest safety and enforce all pool safety standards with consistency and professionalism.

  • Monitor and maintain pool safety equipment and towel inventory.

  • Coordinate guest greetings and ensure immediate provision of towels upon arrival.

  • Supervise recreational activities such as pool movie nights and children's programs, partnering with vendors for interactive experiences.

  • Prepare weekly schedules for recreation attendants and coach the team for peak performance.

  • Manage issuance and inventory of recreational equipment and pool furniture upkeep.

  • Attend departmental meetings and collaborate across teams to enhance guest experiences.

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent guest service skills

  • Excellent oral/written communication skills

  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. and pull/push 100 lbs

  • High school degree

  • Minimum one-year supervisory experience in a pool area or hotel industry

  • CPR/First Aid certified

  • Recreation Attendant Team

Wage range for this position, based on experience, is $23.20 to $29.00.
