Reports to the Training Manager, and under minimal supervision, coordinates the activities of Training Specialists. Assists the Training Manager by monitoring and managing the daily activities staff and providing continues updates to manager. Confers with operations management to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training to better understand health insurance products, policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies. Formulates curriculum, determines instructional methods utilizing knowledge of specific training needs and the effectiveness of individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.

Requirements:

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, Organization Development, Instructional Design, or related field is required.

Work Experience:

Work requires five or more years of demonstrated training and development experience to include needs assessment and analysis, training design and delivery, training evaluation and performance improvement.

Previous experience leading teams preferred but not required.

Salary Range: Minimum 35.30/hour - Maximum 61.79/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
