The Assistant Director of Patient Safety and Quality will promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. The Assistant Director will support the development and execution of the hospital's operating plan, particularly the quality assessment and performance improvement (QAPI) plans, as well as organizational improvement initiatives. The Assistant Director will engage staff and leaders from across the organization to deploy operating and QAPI plans and track key outcomes and results, particularly those complementing quality improvement initiatives. The Assistant Director will support the senior director in leading the hospital Patient Safety and Quality team in providing support for organizational strategic and operational improvement initiatives, including quality and event management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Work Experience:
Salary Range: Minimum 57.56/hour - Maximum 89.22/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
