Oakland, CA 94612 (Hybrid - 1 day onsite per week)

Notes: Local is preferred but non-local is acceptable. Role can be remote, hybrid, or onsite. If the candidate is local, there is an expectation of hybrid in-office availability (roughly 1 day/week)

Equipment:

  • Client laptop will be provided. However, in case of any delays, they may use a vendor-provided/personal device provided they meet the Citrix/VDI device requirements.
  • Any other tools must be provided by the vendor including ergo equipment.

Role Overview:

  • The Enterprise AI Portfolio & Value Capture Analyst will support client's Enterprise AI Portfolio Program by strengthening how AI use cases are tracked, governed, valued, and reported across the enterprise. This role combines portfolio support, value tracking, and data analysis to ensure AI initiatives are accurately documented, aligned to enterprise priorities, and visible through trusted dashboards and reports.
  • The analyst will support dashboard maintenance, use case outreach, and coordination with governance stakeholders and reporting teams.
  • A successful candidate will be comfortable with cross-functional outreach, Microsoft tools such as Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI, and develop analysis that informs leadership decision-making in a large, regulated enterprise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Track AI use cases across intake, governance, delivery, production readiness, ownership, status, and value realization.
  • Support value capture documentation, including projected value, realized benefits, savings, costs, assumptions, and key metrics.
  • Maintain and reconcile portfolio data across trackers, dashboards, reports, and source systems to improve accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze portfolio trends such as value, pipeline mix, platform usage, functional area, lifecycle stage, funding needs, and delivery readiness.
  • Coordinate with use case owners and governance stakeholders to gather missing information, confirm status, and resolve open items.
  • Support program operations, including meeting notes, action items, status updates, follow-up communications, registration checks, and artifact organization.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage follow-ups across multiple workstreams.
  • Clear written communication skills, including the ability to summarize status, issues, and next steps for business and technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with portfolio, operational, or governance data in tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience or interest in Power Apps, Power Automate, data visualization, or reporting automation.
  • Ability to identify process gaps, improve data quality, and propose practical operational improvements.
  • Interest in AI, portfolio management, technology governance, value tracking, data analysis, or business operations.
