What You'll Do:
- Perform service and repair tasks by following established work instructions and quality standards.
- Set up workstations, gather required materials, and verify assignments before beginning work.
- Inspect your own work for accuracy and complete required documentation, including basic computer data entry.
- Learn new repair processes and work instructions as needed to support production goals.
- Collaborate with team members, complete required training, and assist with additional projects as requested.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of manufacturing, production, assembly, repair, or technical experience.
What Sets You Apart:
- IPC soldering certification.
- Must show proof of Hepatitis B shots or willing to get shots (company paid).
- Ability to read and understand Device/Work instructions.
- Ability to record data on documentation and in computer software.
- Ability to understand verbal work instructions from Supervisor.
- Basic knowledge of windows based computer software.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to carry out tasks through detailed written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Able to succeed in highly regulated compliance oriented environment while still providing service excellence.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a repeated basis.
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) / Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).
- Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
