Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM

We're hiring a Pest Technician in Calhoun, and this is your chance to work with your hands, solve real-world problems, and make a difference by keeping homes and businesses pest-free.

• Previous pest control, maintenance, construction, facilities, or related experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for signs of pest activity and identify entry points.
• Safely apply approved pesticides, baits, traps, and other treatment methods.
• Seal small openings to help prevent infestations.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and sanitation practices.
• Maintain accurate service records using mobile technology.
• Operate company service vehicles while following established safety procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to inspect residential and commercial properties for signs of pest activity and entry points.
• Knowledge of safe pesticide application, pest prevention methods, and integrated pest management practices is preferred.
• Ability to follow service schedules, safety procedurs, and state and federal pest control regulations.
• Strong attention to detail when identifying pest issues, documenting findings, and completing treatments.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently in a variety of indorr and outdoor environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain state-required pest control licenses or certifications.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment, chemicals, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle and apply pesticides while follopwing established safety procedures and wearing required protective equipment.
• Comfortable working in tight, confined spaces, crawl spaces, basements, and various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to wear protective gear and perform inspections in challenging environments.
