Transportation: Company vehicle provided for property tours Position Summary A premier global relocation and real estate management firm is seeking a bright, customer-focused Japanese Bilingual Leasing Assistant / Property Tour Specialist. This position plays a key role in assisting Japanese corporate assignees and their families in finding and transitioning into their new homes. The role is centered on field operations (approx. 80%), conducting property viewings using company vehicles, making it ideal for energetic candidates who enjoy face-to-face client interaction. In addition, light desk work (approx. 20%)-such as post-contract client correspondence and utility setup coordination-ensures a seamless and comforting relocation experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Conduct property viewings and
apartment tours for Japanese-speaking clients using company-provided vehicles. - Provide insightful
presentations on available units, local community amenities, schools, and neighborhood conveniences. - Assist clients on move-in day
with key handovers, initial walk-throughs, and property condition checks. - Deliver exceptional, welcoming,
and hospitable customer service to ease clients' relocation anxiety. - Handle
post-tour and post-signing email and phone correspondence with clients in both Japanese and English. - Assist
clients with basic utility account setups (electricity, gas, water, internet, etc.). - Coordinate
tour schedules, unit availability, and admin follow-ups with team members and local property management offices.
Qualifications
- Language
Skills: Fluency in Japanese and English (verbal and written) to effectively support Japanese-speaking clientele and communicate with local property management. - Driver's
License: Valid Driver's License required (must be eligible to drive company vehicles for property tours). - Interpersonal
Skills: Upbeat, approachable, professional, and genuinely passionate about delivering excellent customer service. - Computer
Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email communications. - Schedule
Flexibility: Flexible work hours tailored to individual needs (e.g., 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM / 3:00 PM), making it compatible with family or school-run commitments.
