Senior Product Manager, Owner Asset Lifecycle

Procore
United States, Texas, Austin
221 West 6th Street (Show on map)
Aug 05, 2026

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Procore's Owners product organization. In this role, you'll drive the strategy and execution for the owner asset lifecycle, the product that turns everything Procore captures during construction into the operations system of record. Your goal is to make the Build to Operate vision real: one trustworthy record of a building that carries from construction into operations.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll partner with engineering, design, the peer product teams across scheduling, assets, commissioning, BIM, and more, plus a lighthouse group of owner customers, to ship connected lifecycle experiences and validate them in the field. Use your systems thinking, cross-functional execution, and customer discovery skills to turn a bold vision into a product that owners adopt. This is a chance to help define a new category from the ground up. Apply today.

This position reports into a Director of Product for Owners and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do
  • Drive the strategy and roadmap for the owner asset lifecycle, from the construction record through handover into operations.

  • Coordinate execution across the teams the lifecycle depends on, including scheduling, assets, commissioning, reality capture, and BIM.

  • Own how the Omniverse-powered digital twin fits into the broader owner story, partnering with the team that owns the integration itself.

  • Recruit and run a lighthouse program of owner customers, and validate the vision directly with them.

  • Translate product work into business outcomes, defining the OKRs you move and the metrics that prove them.

  • Write clear, engineer-ready requirements that specify behavior, edge cases, permissions, and dependencies.

  • Evangelize the strategy to senior stakeholders and to Procore's largest owner customers.

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience at a SaaS company.

  • Deep knowledge of the asset lifecycle, BIM, digital twins, and facilities and operations software, including how owners operate and maintain a building after handover.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution across multiple product and engineering teams toward one outcome.

  • Strong systems thinking: you catch the handover gap, the permissions edge case, and the downstream dependency before someone else raises it.

  • Clear, precise written communication: PRDs and requirements that close gaps rather than open them.

  • Proficiency in AI solutions to support your day-to-day responsibilities.

  • Comfort with ambiguity: you create clarity, make the call, state your reasoning, and move.

  • Exposure to construction technology, AEC, or data-center and mission-critical infrastructure delivery is a plus.
