Aquent is partnering with a leading organization at the forefront of financial innovation, committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance client experiences and operational efficiency. This dynamic company is dedicated to strategic growth and technological advancement, fostering an environment where innovation thrives and impactful contributions are highly valued.

Are you ready to shape the future of artificial intelligence within a forward-thinking enterprise? We are seeking a visionary and highly organized individual to join a pivotal team, driving the strategic planning and execution of enterprise-wide AI initiatives. In this role, you won't just manage projects; you'll be instrumental in translating ambitious AI objectives into tangible, sequenced plans, directly influencing the technological trajectory and competitive edge of a major industry player. Your expertise will bridge strategic vision with practical implementation, ensuring that groundbreaking AI solutions are not only conceptualized but successfully delivered, making a profound impact on the organization's capabilities and its clients' experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Translate strategic AI enablement priorities and leadership direction into practical workstreams, comprehensive implementation plans, clear milestones, measurable deliverables, and robust progress tracking.
  • Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps that effectively connect strategic objectives with sequencing, dependencies, critical decision points, stakeholder commitments, and available capacity.
  • Manage assigned workstreams with meticulous attention to detail, utilizing detailed plans, action and decision logs, thorough risk and issue tracking, proactive dependency management, and consistent follow-through.
  • Facilitate engaging planning sessions, productive workstream meetings, crucial dependency reviews, and impactful leadership checkpoints to drive informed decisions, foster accountability, and ensure continuous forward movement.
  • Coordinate seamlessly across diverse teams including business, technology, data, risk, compliance, legal, governance, and external partners, clarifying ownership, handoffs, and engagement points to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Identify critical-path items, potential resource constraints, competing priorities, and unresolved decisions, then develop clear options, actionable recommendations, and effective escalation paths.
  • Prepare concise, executive-ready roadmap views, comprehensive status updates, insightful briefing materials, and clear decision documents for leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy implementation, program or project management, technology delivery, transformation, consulting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in building roadmaps and effectively converting broad objectives into actionable, sequenced plans.
  • Proven experience managing multiple interdependent workstreams and coordinating across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong structured problem-solving, facilitation, written communication, and executive-presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, establish clear structure, and drive work forward without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Proficiency with presentation software, spreadsheet applications, project-planning tools, and collaboration or work-management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting AI, data, digital, platform, technology-governance, or other emerging-technology initiatives.
  • Experience with project tracking and collaboration software; experience within the financial-services or other regulated industries.
