Purpose This position is funded through the Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium (TCMHCC), a statewide initiative established by the Texas Legislature to strengthen access to and coordination of mental health services for children, adolescents, and perinatal women. The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School serves as a designated Health-Related Institution (HRI) under TCMHCC. The Supervisor, Campus Behavioral Health Operations and External Relations, provides frontline leadership and operational oversight for school-based behavioral health programs. This role supervises community-facing staff, coordinates day-to-day program delivery, and supports consistent implementation of outreach strategies. The Supervisor collaborates closely with clinical teams, program leadership, school districts, and community partners to ensure effective program execution, regulatory compliance, and positive stakeholder engagement. Reporting to a Manager of Outreach and Education, this role translates program goals into actionable outreach workflows and monitors performance, quality, and service delivery outcomes. This position has an end date of 8/31/2027, but may be renewable based upon availability of funding, work performance, and progress toward goals. Funding is expected to continue.
