Job Summary

The Loader is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by loading delivery trucks, organizing inventory, repackaging products, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. This role ensures products are loaded accurately, inventory is properly rotated, and warehouse standards are maintained to support efficient daily distribution operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Load delivery trucks accurately according to assigned orders and established warehouse procedures.
• Verify that products are loaded correctly based on delivery requirements.
• Rotate inventory using First In, First Out (FIFO) practices and monitor product expiration dates.
• Repackage products in accordance with established warehouse standards.
• Dispose of damaged or out-of-code products following approved procedures.
• Assist with inventory organization and warehouse material handling activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping floors, and operating floor-cleaning equipment as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.
• Support additional warehouse operations and distribution activities as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Previous warehouse, loading, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately load, organize, and handle inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to operate warehouse cleaning equipment as required.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
