Job Summary

The Loader is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by loading delivery trucks, maintaining inventory, repackaging products, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment. This role helps ensure products are accurately loaded, properly rotated, and prepared for distribution while following established quality, safety, and operational procedures.

Job Responsibilities



  • Load delivery trucks accurately according to assigned orders and loading schedules.
  • Verify products are loaded correctly to support timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Rotate inventory using First In, First Out (FIFO) practices and monitor product expiration dates.
  • Repackage products as needed while maintaining quality standards.
  • Remove and properly dispose of damaged or expired products following established procedures.
  • Assist with inventory organization and warehouse stock maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse by disposing of trash, sweeping floors, and operating floor cleaning equipment as required.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.
  • Support additional warehouse, inventory, and loading activities as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Previous warehouse, loading, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience loading and unloading products in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work around moving equipment and in varying warehouse conditions.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.


Education



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
