RRT NICU

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the NICU. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal and pediatric care, with a focus on providing exceptional respiratory care to our patients.

• 3O12-hour shifts

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience required
• PICU/NICU experience is mandatory

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (Friday/Saturday)
• Floating Requirement: Will float between BSMCH Pediatric units and NICU; May float to adult units on the main campus

• First-time travelers are accepted
• State Licensure Requirement: NJ License is required

• BLS and NBRC are required
• Advanced certifications (ACLS/PALS/NRP) are required but can be obtained onsite

All time off MUST be sent with the submittal and approved before the offer.

• Neonatal Critical Care and Pediatrics

• Blood gas analysis
• Vent/BiPAP/High flow initiation and management
• Code response
• In-house transport
• Medication administration
• Chest Physical Therapy (Chest PT)

• Servo I & U
• V60 BiPAP
