U.S. Facilities, Inc., a premier provider of building maintenance and infrastructure services, is seeking a full-time Building Engineer to join our maintenance team in Prince George's County, Maryland. If you have strong facilities maintenance experience and enjoy keeping commercial and industrial environments safe, efficient, and client-ready, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems in commercial and industrial facilities. Your work will help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable building operations across equipment that may include Rooftop Units (RTUs), Air Handling Units (AHUs), Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, Make-Up Air Units (MAUs), boilers, chillers, energy management systems, exhaust fans, laundry equipment, fire alarm systems, and refrigeration systems. As the primary engineer assigned to the facility, you will be provided with a phone and laptop to support timely communication with clients and the team. In-person responses will occur during your regular shift, unless otherwise approved by the client. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
