The recruiter in the human resources department provides sourcing, interviews, recruitment, job offers, coordination of new hire paperwork, maintain databases and act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates. Recruiters interpret compensation, benefits, job descriptions, and position requirements to applicants. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies, procedures, strategies and planning. Recruiters attend recruitment events on- and off-campus, representing Mercy. Is able to work independently, exhibit a professional appearance, make decisions and support all team members. Assists Department Directors with co-worker issues and policy questions in the absence of the HR Director. Assists co-workers with any and all HR-related questions.

Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Hybrid) Mercy is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team supporting nursing and clinical hiring across Oklahoma. We're looking for someone who understands the healthcare recruiting landscape, enjoys building strong relationships with leaders and candidates, and is passionate about connecting caregivers to meaningful careers.
