We're looking for an Applications Administrator who is passionate about technology and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep our banking applications secure, reliable, and efficient. In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge banking technology, partner with vendors and internal teams, and help deliver exceptional experiences for both employees and customers.

What You'll Do

As our Applications Administrator, you'll be the go-to expert for the systems that keep our bank running. Your days will include:

  • Administering, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise banking applications
  • Installing upgrades, patches, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption
  • Troubleshooting application issues and partnering with vendors to resolve them quickly
  • Managing application servers, authentication systems, and communication gateways
  • Supporting cloud-based (SaaS) applications and monitoring system health
  • Collaborating with business leaders to implement new products, services, and process improvements
  • Managing user access and permissions while maintaining security and compliance
  • Testing new functionality before deployment to ensure smooth implementation
  • Monitoring service requests and providing timely, friendly support to internal employees
  • Documenting system changes, procedures, and best practices
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and innovation

What You'll Bring Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 3+ years of Applications Administrator experience
  • 2+ years of Help Desk or technical support experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise business applications
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, virtualization, enterprise security, and backup technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience in banking or financial services
  • Branch, lending, or banking operations experience
  • Knowledge of SQL or other structured query languages
  • Experience with software implementations and application integrations
  • Military technical experience or education related to information technology
