Now hiring for a Foam Molding Operator Location: Wheaton, MN Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Shift: 7am-5pm Push Buttons, Pull Levers, Cash Paychecks. Looking for a dependable, hands-on opportunity with a growing manufacturing company in Wheaton, MN? We're seeking reliable individuals who are eager to learn, work as part of a team, and build a career in production manufacturing. No prior foam molding experience required. Training is provided! Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Experience Requirements: Entry-level position. Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required. Candidates must be dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. Job Duties: Operate equipment in the foam molding department to produce quality parts* Paint and trim molded products according to customer specifications Learn paint templates, patterns, and material changeover procedures Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Assist with production planning and prioritizing daily work needs Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times Work closely with team members to meet production goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned Physical Capabilities: Lift up to 50 pounds regularly Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Perform repetitive hand and arm movements Use trimming scissors, paint guns, trimmers, calculators, and other basic tools Work safely around manufacturing equipment Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
