Looking for Fabrication Lead jobs in Alexandria where leadership and organization drive results? This opportunity lets you oversee warehouse operations, support your team, and help ensure products move safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout the supply chain.

This position is responsible for leading and supporting the Fabrication department. This position will work towards maximizing safety, quality, performance, and machine utilization while in alignment with servant leadership principles. This is a working lead position.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience required
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred
• Blueprint reading and strong math skills preferred
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office required

• Lead and support fabrication team members on daily priorities
• Promote workplace safety and quality standards
• Train, coach, and cross-train employees
• Monitor production schedules and address workflow issues
• Inspect aluminum parts and verify customer specifications
• Review production data and identify process improvements
• Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Package products to customer requirements and meet delivery schedules
• Maintain organized work areas using 5S practices

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.
