Description As the Senior Commercial Excellence Manager, you will develop and lead the commercial capabilities for the companies USCA sales organization to ensure profitable sales and market growth in all segments and channels. You are part of the Commercial Excellence function and will manage the execution of the 4 "C"s: Connectivity-Capability-Compensation-Coverage. You hold a focus on establishing relationships with all levels of the organization to develop the commercial sales team while influencing strategic recommendations to Business Leadership. You will report to the Director of Commercial Excellence and work remotely based on the west zone ideally. Key Responsibilities: Capability: Will include a new sales training approach to focused subject matter to position our sales team to meet key objectives; increase in on-demand, virtual training opportunities. High focus on allowing the commercial teams to go through targeted actions that grow profitable sales. Connectivity through analytics: Guided by the CRM, data will lead to insights, which will lead to actions. Value tracking will increase investment in the right areas. Compensation: Behaviors will be aligned to incentives to ensure our sales teams are rewarded for the creation of mutual customer value. Simplified sales plans will lead to shared understanding and reduced complexity. Coverage: A focus on the right services, stores coverage model and return on investment. Will be the handshake between our marketing and sales teams. Additional Responsibilities: Selling Capabilities Process and Execution Product Training Platforms and Activation Model Connectivity -- CRM and Customer Analytics Coverage Model for Segment and Channels Rewards, Recognition and Incentive Programs Qualifications 5+ Years of experience within commercial excellence, sales, marketing, or other commercial role. Bachelor's Degree in related field is preferred Experience leading commercial learning and development programs from creation to implementation.
