What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff at a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Operate the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor and contractor records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarm systems, and other security-related equipment, reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Receive and direct calls, deliveries, and inquiries; maintain clear written reports and shift activity logs for security-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
