Overview Job Title: Work Control Specialist Location: Arnold Air Force, TN Job Family Code: W - Manufacturing Function/Branch: O & M/Asset Management Directorate: Asset Management Position Type: Regular Full-Time Pay Type: Salary Grade: L06 (WA0616) - L07 (WA0705) Salary Range: L06: $55,000 - $75,000; L07: $63,000 - $86,000 / year Overview Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Work Control Specialist, supporting TOS II, at Arnold AFB Tennessee. The Work Control Specialist will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts Open to internal and external candidates. Job Summary The successful candidate will function as a Work Control Specialist in the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) function supporting Asset Management (Work Control) and serve as the primary customer service focal point for maintenance and repair requirements. Working within available budgets, you will prioritize and coordinate tasks with customers, shop supervisors, and government representatives. You will collaborate with planners and schedulers to direct activities across multiple trades, including carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, crane/mechanical maintenance, heavy equipment, and construction. Additional responsibilities include evaluating work requests, managing contract services and preventive maintenance, performing moderately complex data analysis for daily operational reports, and standardizing work processes across the TOSII contract Job Duties:
Analyzes each work request input from customers to determine proper priority using the civil engineering priority system and initiate the work management process
