We are seeking an experienced Loan Coordinator (Licensed Production Associate) to support a collaborative team of four established Loan Officers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the technical knowledge to confidently guide borrowers through the pre-qualification process while helping prepare complete, high-quality loan files for processing. What You'll Do The Loan Coordinator is a trusted partner to our Loan Officers, helping create an exceptional client experience from the first conversation through a successful handoff to our Processing Department. Success in this role isn't measured simply by getting loans submitted-it's measured by anticipating needs, communicating clearly, and creating a smooth experience for both clients and teammates.
