Are you ready to shape the future of digital media? We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a key contributor, driving the successful delivery of captivating content. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless production workflows and elevating the quality of our digital offerings, making a tangible impact on how audiences experience our revolutionary products.

What you'll do:



  • Responsible for the setup, creation, and management of key production platform deliverables.
  • Create and communicate proper naming conventions, update associated trackers, and confirm that appropriate metadata standards are applied.
  • Provide essential support to associated Editorial teams and producers as needed.
  • Build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with Editorial, Production, Business, and Marketing teams to move priorities forward.
  • Report to the leadership team, including the creation of executive summaries.
  • Exhibit proactive and creative solution-oriented thinking and execution in all tasks.
  • Create and communicate folder structures, channels, and other team workspaces.
  • Provide frequent and clear communication regarding the status of deliverables, reporting on completed content delivery while raising potential issues or key decisions as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Continually strive to define, inform, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and output.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • You have 5+ years of experience with production and/or project management in the digital media or entertainment industry.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • You work well with ambiguity, highly adaptable to quickly shifting business priorities and needs.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and are familiar with digital assets and deliverables.
  • You have excellent interpersonal communication and, above all, a collaborative team spirit.
  • You can assist with improving our production process, tools, and workflow.
  • You can provide honest detailed reports and feedback directly to management and leadership teams.
  • You possess a high proficiency with presentation software and a passion for pop-culture, music, and associated content.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related industry experience.
