A four-year college degree, along with seven years of relevant industry experience, is essential, complemented by at least six years of experience in management roles. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:



  • Four-year college degree with 7 years of related experience within the industry, plus 6 years of management experience.
  • Fluent with civil engineering processes and procedures related to land development and commercial construction
  • Local municipality infrastructure experience
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
