We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is passionate about building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and contributing to a growing sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the unique dynamics of medical or healthcare-focused sales. What You'll Do * Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic outreach. * Build relationships with healthcare and medical industry decision-makers to identify customer needs and sales opportunities. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, maintain pipeline activity, and support revenue growth initiatives. Qualifications * Required: Previous Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience within the medical, healthcare, medical device, healthcare services, or related healthcare industry. * Proven success with outbound prospecting, lead generation, and business development activities. * Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. * Experience utilizing CRM systems to track sales activity and pipeline metrics. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Chandler, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
