At a Glance

Pay: $69,400-$104,000 annual salary; dependent on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: On-Site/Windsor, CO

Travel: Approximately 50% to local/regional client sites/customer locations.

Required Experience: 5+ years

Schedule: Standard full-time schedule. Work hours may occasionally vary to support customer needs, travel, service requirements, and operational priorities.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with commercial and industrial roofing clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding facility needs and long-term roofing objectives.
• Conduct roof inspections and develop detailed recommendations to maximize roof performance and lifecycle value.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and service agreements for repairs, maintenance, and roofing projects.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, inspections, service agreements, and repair requests from initiation through completion.
• Partner with clients to develop long-term maintenance and asset management plans.
• Coordinate with field leaders, operations teams, and management to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Identify manpower requirements and assist in securing labor resources to support project workloads.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide proactive solutions to roofing challenges.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for service expansion and client retention.
• Stay current on roofing technologies, codes, materials, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
• Utilize company systems and digital tools to manage customer communications and project documentation.
• Travel regularly throughout the Windsor, CO territory and surrounding areas.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a customer-focused roofing professional who combines technical expertise with strong project management and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, managing projects, and helping clients protect and maximize the value of their facilities.

• Required Qualifications
• Five (5) years or more of experience in the commercial or industrial roofing industry, including client account management and hands-on expertise with EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and coatings, with the ability to leverage industry knowledge to provide strategic guidance.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in commercial roofing project management, estimating, or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ability to assess customer needs and develop practical, results-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
