UVAHealth is searching for a Fixed Asset Manager to lead the fixed asset accounting functions for the University Medical Center and Community Health practices. This position will lead a team to ensure that acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, and reconciliation of fixed assets are managed effectively and in alignment with policies, federal regulations, and accounting standards. This position is responsible for maintaining appropriate internal controls while supporting process improvements, system optimization, accurate reporting of capital assets, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required. Experience: 6+ years of relevant professional experience to include 2+ years of formal managerial experience required. Licensure: None. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Experience: GASB experience preferred Licensure: CPA PHYSICAL DEMANDS Benefits
