What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): * Assist in the preparation of the "bottom-up" monthly forecast and annual budget. * Perform detailed analyses to identify, analyze, understand and monitor the Company's key performance indicators. * Partner with operations as it relates to day-to-day operational management in accordance with the organization's finance policies and procedures. * Effectively work with other functional departments to ensure that the departmental expenses will not exceed forecasted targets. * Direct relationship for creating and maintaining strong relationships and collaboration with site operations leaders and SFAs at other sites. * Support business using variance analysis to identify opportunities and implement action plans to improve forecast accuracy, cost savings, profit enhancement and efficiency. * Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance. * Understand systems used in cost accounting and productivity reporting to be able to assess accuracy * Audit vendor payables for accuracy and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained prior to payment * Effective communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, strategic thinking and organizational skills. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities. * Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to influence peers and support decision-making. * Confident working independently, managing priorities, and juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Perform other duties as assigned Pay Range: $ 76,000- $116,500 What You'll Need (Qualifications): * Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or accounting. * 3+ years of operations finance experience, with strong knowledge of financial and non-financial metrics, LEAN manufacturing, labor analysis, productivity analysis and product costing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI, AX and D365 is a plus. * Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels; team player * Manufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Chain or Logistics industry experience preferred * Ability to work independently, take initiative and time management Tempur Sealy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
